Main working flow for Plastic film washing machine
Belt conveyer- crusher (with water) - scrubbing machine (friction washer) -film floating tanks - screw feeder - centrifugal dewatering machine – Air cyclone drying system - storage hopper.

l We can design a complete films washing line according to your request.
1. Belt conveyor: Convey material to next process.
2. Crusher: Crush the materials to flakes of 15mm (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE)
3. Friction washer: Surface clean the materials (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE), and transport material to next washing equipment.
4. Float Washing tank: For separation of the flakes with a specific density of <1g/cm^3 from >1g/cm^3 or in contrast to separate the flakes with a specific of > 1g/cm^3 form <1g/cm^3 (PET >1g/cm^3 and PP/PE <1g/cm^3)
5. Screw feeder: transport material and as well as for rub them for surface cleaning.
6. Dewatering machine: for mechanical surface drying of the material flakes with rotating roller (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE)
7. Air cyclone drying system: Using stainless steel “U” type pipeline and cyclone silo to dry the material to the necessary residual level for downstream material processing.
8. Cyclone silo: Storage for final products.

A.application:

1) This PP PE Film Washing Line is used to crush, wash, dewater and dry PP, PE Film.

2) It takes the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, high capacity, low energy consumption, safety, reliability, etc.

3) This whole production line is with automatic controlling, compact structure arrangement, high
production efficiency, nice cleanness, etc.

4) After drying the water content can reach 5-8% (according to the thickness of film).

5) Production capacity: 200-1000kg/h.

6) The Crusher and the whold Drying system are the most important parts in this line.

(crushing the waste plastic(film, bag, woven bag etc. to get scraps)

(Material transported to the inlet of the friction washer by the conveyor, through the high speed scrub of the washer can scour off sediment, impurity efficiently)
3. 1# Floating washer & 2# Friction washer
(Futher separation of impurities, washing the material again)

(Very dirty materials will use 2 sets frciton washer and floating washer to get more clean materials)
5. Squeezing compactor & Crusher system
(Materials Moisture will less than 3%~5% after squeezing compactor, use a crusher to get smaller materials)
